Sharing knowledge to inspire and motivate individuals to take control of their own healing is the main focus of my work. The field of Occupational Therapy provided me with extensive training and education in neurological disorders, neuro developmental challenges, upper extremity pathologies treated as a Certified Hand Therapist (inactive), sensory processing interventions and ongoing opportunities to implement nervous system regulation, functional nutrition and self-healing interventions with a naturopathic and holistic approach.
I love to treat the lifespan from young children to aging adults! My work began with adolescents in the community counseling setting and with children on the autism spectrum in an in-patient capacity. I also host wellness retreats for women with a focus on nervous system healing, primitive reflex integration and sensory processing.
Throughout my career I have worked with pediatric to advanced aging clients with a multitude of health needs who inspired me to look deeper into healing. My passion to holistically treat neurological pathologies lead me to become a Certified Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist as well as a Naturopathy Practitioner.
I am a lifelong learner and will continue to pursue knowledge to help those around me.
